Yep !! There is a lot of spammers out there. I have a nice group of members on most of my networks.

True. But honestly, I like the changes. It's seems to be going back in the direction it was when I first started creating Ning Networks - - empowering Network Creators to be independent, stopping all the cross pollination of garbage (member stealing & spam), and not having to worry so much about spammers and the like.

BTW, the rose is very nice!

Ning is in the process of redesigning the home page at: ning.com, due to abuse from spammers and "bad" activity. They have not announced what the new will offer. You can read more about this here:

Hello everybody - I would like to refind the origine main page of ning - where you can find the newest activities of the other platforms I have joined- invitations - new demand of friends etc - my main page gives me only the informations about the rss - it blocks my activity .
Could somebody please help me ?

HI can anyone make a code to disable the video embed code. I really need this done. I am able to take of the share feature on videos. SInce my network is private I would also like the video embed code disabled.

I wish I could help you, with your question. For some reason, I can't quite "get" what you need. Here are my thoughts: if you are talking about the new page name via Manage/Tab Manager/Add a New Tab/Make it a sub-tab, and the URL (page address) for the new page, you can't have spaces within the page URL. You can however have spaces in the sub-tab menu title. Let's say you're creating a new page and sub-tab for "Girls Only":

First, create your new page, via http://yourning.ning.com/page/page/new
Name the Page Title: Girls Only

After you save the newly created page, this will automatically assign this URL address:
http://yourning.ning.com/page/girls-only

Then create your new sub-tab via Manage/Tab Manager
Sub-tab Title: Girls Only

Note: you should be able to enter spaces in the menu tab title.
Do not click on Create a New Page. Instead, add your new page URL next to Use Existing URL: http://yourning.ning.com/page/girls-only

Hi Jimmy,
Are you referring to the box on the home page that displays member photos? Regardless, go to Language Editor, select your default language, search for the word Members, change to your text.

This particular word is a little tricky, when changing. There are many instances of the word in the Language Editor. You can change in many places, for different modules across your Network. And, it gets confusing. It's a trial and error sort of thing. My suggestion, first, only change the one instance, where the word Members is all by itself. It's on page 1 of 2 pages, right above "Featured Members".

And, there's probably a way to do this via Analytics Box with jquery. Just so happens, I've not written that yet.

Let me know if you need help in Language Editor. I made this answer short, so I could answer it quickly.
